Oh, as in you need 3 of them? I very well could have them. I remember buying a few gallon zip bags of random lego parts from a yard sale around here a few months back and I never really looked through them. There was a lot of the droids and such in those bags. I can look sometime this weekend if that is what you are in need of...

We have most of those. I don’t think you can get just an arm though. Most of our super battle droids don’t have the gun arm either, it’s just a regular grabber arm.

According to Bricklink, it only ever appeared in two sets (8018 and 7869). Part number is sw230 if that helps.

Yeah I tend to order in bulk from Ebay more often. Their prices on individual stuff tends to be better though.

You can request the part as a missing piece in the set if you have the part numbers and such, which somebody posted here already. There is a function on the lego website for missing pieces.
